
These Semolina Vegetable burgers are one of the quickest & delicious snacks for a gathering of hungry foodies at a party. These will impress vegetarians and meat lovers too!!
These Semolina vegetable Burgers are not fried to make a really irresistible and healthy snack.. Add in you favorite herbs and spices and create a whole new dish out of it!! Who says leftovers are supposed to be boring? If you are looking for more breakfast or quick snack recipes. which will give you interesting ideas on how you could give life to left over food or keep the family interested with different flavors while reducing your effort ;-). Perfect for summer time when the kids are at home.
You can stuff the burgers with any filling you want Veggies, cheese.
Ingredients
Semolina Dough
- 1 Cup Semolina/ rava or sooji
- 2-1/2 water
- salt to taste
- 1/2 Tea Spoon Backing Soda
- 1/2 Tea Spoon Turmeric
- 1 Tea Spoon Garam Masala
- Tea Spoon Parsley (ajavaayan)
- 1 Tea Spoon Red Chilly Powder
- 1 Tea Spoon Coriander Powder
Stuffing
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 2 Green chillies,finely chopped
- 1 tsp grated Ginger
- 1/2 Tea Spoon Turmeric
- 1 Tea Spoon Garam Masala
- 1 Tea Spoon Coriander Powder
- Tea Spoon Parsley (ajavaayan)
- A pinch of Asafoetida
- 1/2 Tea Spoon Black Mustard
- 8-10 Boiled Potato
Instructions
- Add semolina, salt, Backing Soda, Turmeric, Garam Masala, Parsley (ajavaayan), Red Chilly Powder, Coriander Powder in the water add the water little by little in the semolina and mix well till it forms a soft dough constancy. Remove it in a bowl.

- 1.Take a non stick pan heat the oil if the oil is hot then add Parsley, Asafoetida, Black Mustard, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala, Turmeric, and Ginger.

- Add boiled potatoes and salt after 2 minutes and cook for 5 minutes and turn off the stove

- Steam the semolina help with idli maker and help with any other bowl .

- Slice two semolina parts. Spread some ketchup and mayo dressing . place the patties, then lettuce, onion and tomato. Semolina burger is ready.
